Liberty Collision Center

I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I paid approximately $5,200 to have my vehicle repaired, trusting that the agreed-upon work would be completed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. After my vehicle was inspected by Tesla, I was informed that the damages outlined in the repair estimate had not been repaired as promised. In addition to the incomplete repairs, my vehicle was kept for months, causing significant inconvenience. I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with both the shop and the owner, but I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution or obtain a refund. My experience with the owner was also disappointing. I found the communication to be unprofessional and disrespectful, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I encourage anyone considering using this shop to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and thoroughly inspect any work before making final payment.

I had a great experience at Liberty. They repaired the paint on my car beautifully, and the quote they gave me upfront was completely accurate. Big shout‑out to Tamika (hopefully I’m spelling that right!) for her outstanding customer service and for making the whole process smooth. Highly recommend their great work and professionalism.

Ben & the liberty collision team are the best! I have terrible luck with cars resulting in various body damage mishaps. I've come to Liberty Collision a few times for different needs for a couple different cars. The cars always look brand new and fixed up to perfection at a reasonable price! Would recommend to anyone because they have always delivered high-quality work! While I hope I don't need any body work on cars in the future (fingers crossed!), if I do I will definitely go back to Liberty Collision.

Death, taxes, and Philly car accidents. Thankfully Liberty Collision Center has seen it all and will leave your car good as new! All jokes aside, these guys are awesome. Friendly, fast, and highly attentive to detail. I’ve used them twice now and won’t trust anyone else with my car. 10/10 recommend

I had such a great experience with Liberty Collision! Ben was super honest and easy to work with from the start. He explained everything clearly and made the process stress free. My car looks amazing. The paint matches perfectly and it seriously looks like nothing ever happened. They even cleaned and detailed the inside, which I honestly wasn’t expecting at all! The price was completely fair for the quality of work. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need anything in the future!
